Delivery & Pickup

- Our Customer Service Team will confirm your order within 1-2 working days after the order is placed.  Customer can choose to pick up the goods at our shop, courier by SF Express (at your own cost) or enjoy free delivery service. 

- You can enjoy free delivery service once your purchase over a specified amount (not including copy paper or toner) 

- The transportation fee of bulky goods is negotiable, please contact our company for details. 

- If you request the delivery service on same day or specific schedule, our company reserves the right to bill the surcharge. 

- The delivery service is limited to commercial & industrial area only, remote & outlying islands are excluded. 

- When bad weather, typhoon signal 8 or black rainstorm warning is hoisted, the delivery service will be posted.  Our Customer Service Team will contact you to reschedule the delivery time. 

Customers who spend over $300 (Excluding Copy paper or Toner) can enjoy one local delivery service (Excluding Outlying Island and Remote Areas).
